Is it really so different to know that you are eating horse rather than beef? I mean it still tastes the same as it did before hand.

I have an open mind when it comes to food. I would willingly try cat, dog, horse, donkey, mule, ect.

Yeah I'm myself open to try new things but as long I choose to and not tricked into thinking I'm eating beef instead of horse. but there's also been pork mixed with beef which has kicked off the muslims that live in the uk who's religion is totally agaist eating pork this is a big thing in the uk atm lots of stock getting recalled and tested pretty funny how they thought nobody would notice tho.

Horse meat is absolutely fine (I've tried horse steak before and it was great :p).

Horse meat is healthier than beef, they should keep it imo.

Personally, I'd be intrigued to find out what horse meat really tastes like (not in one of these ready meals, which I don't buy).
I don't see how eating horse instead of cow would put anyone off, unless you have a pet horse or something like that.

I think it has something to do with people perceiving horses to be more intelligent than other animals. They're still tasty though :D
