1) Do away with most/all of the stupid rules here. We'll be able to say fuck, shit and damn all day. No one will give a hoot. We'll be much more laid-back and carefree. Members won't get banned for speaking their minds (AHEM).
2) Majorly overhaul the black market. We'd have four sections: RS Gold, RS Accounts, RS Services and IRL.
3) Majorly overhaul the staff ranking system, here's how it would go.
-> Administrators, masters of the universe.
.-> Super Moderators, masters of all forums.
..-> Sectional Moderators, masters of their respective forums. We'd have one for each section, more as needed.
…-> Section Assistants, the moderator's bitches.
….-> Mini-moderators, pretty much like wannabe moderators but these guys actually help out by having close relationships with the staff & informing them of anything that looks fishy.
4) Major overhaul of non-staff ranking system:
-> SRL Elite Member, the best of the best. These guys are pro, you don't fuck with them. Access to elite scripts at this rank.
.-> SRL Member, pretty much the same as the rank we have now, there'd be other ways to get it besides scripting though. Access to member scripts at this rank.
..-> SRL Junior Member, would be like current rank except stricter requirements. At least 1,000 posts & 3 working scripts released. Access to the black market (& possibly MSI) at this rank.
…-> Member, standard member of the forum. Requires 200 posts. Access to public scripts at this rank.
….-> Mini-member, sub-standard member of the forum.
…..-> Restricted, you've done something bad. Restricted from accessing certain sections of the forum (i.e., not Black Market, not Scripts, not NOTA/BBQ, etc).
……-> Banned, you're a faggot and deserve to die, unable to access the forum at all.
5) Make the Scripts section accessible to Members (see above) only. This would reduce leeching.
6) Dump MSI completely OR keep it for Junior Members+. Again, reduces leeching.
7) Better emoticons and rank badges, our current ones are soooooo 2006.
8) Conversion of the forums to IP.Board, I hate vBulletin.
9) Simply massive overhaul of all forum sections, I've been here a while and still find them hard to navigate at times.
10) Standardize all scripts and remove the First Scripts section. Review every script before it gets posted to make sure they're up to snuff.
11) Do the same thing as above with tutorials.
12) PORN SECTION lelelelelelelele
