Do you have to write functions to become a SRL Dev?

Sorry for the fairly noobish question, but does SRL Developer mean that, well, your a developer of SRL? :p As in wrote functions that were implemented into it? Is there any way to become one without writing functions or has there been anyone to be promoted to one without writing (many) functions?

I'd just like to know because it could be another goal to work at for me, as all the other ones I've set out to do and most have been accomplished here.

So can you become a dev by just being very active in the community, good scripter….etc. or do you have to write anything worth implimenting into SRL? And if you need to write some things to be put into SRL, and you made 1 that would be put in it, is that enough?

Thanks! :D

I imagine you would have to write a good few functions to get Dev status.. After all, it does mean you are devolping SRL.

I also agree a Dev would also be someone who is developing SRL meaning you would have to code enough useful stuff to become noticed.

I guessed that thats what the title meant, but I wasn't sure if there was an exception to that rule and if there were any developers who didn't write any or many functions. Because really, now there isn't many to be written :p

Anyways, thanks for the replies guys. Still would like this answered by a mod/admin/dev though please :p

You are correcy JAD, there's isn't any functions that are really needed and haven't been coded..
This is why we need great! scripters, who can improve good functions..
also there is an amount of info that not just anyone should achieve..
