Hi guys, so I tried to log on to my main yesterday (purchased from n3ss3s) and the password has been changed.
I had JAG enabled but when I try to recover my password, it asks for my registered email and it says it is wrong.

Any help?

Was n3ss3s the original owner, any idea?
Of course talk to him about it and see what's up.

Was the email and JAG and everything set to your own stuff?
Try contacting Jagex about it, they are normally pretty fast/nice about this kind of stuff if you provide them with lots of information.

You and n3ss3s should gather up all old passwords, emails, IP address, and membership purchase information and send it up to Jagex and see what they can do.

Wouldn't Jagex see something phishy going on with the IP addresses? I'm not sure where n3ss3s lives, but if it's not in the UK, then that could cause an issue.

I am not accusing n3ss3s at all but yes I will get in contact with him.
How do I go about contacting Jagex about it, and yes the JAG guardian was set to my email and only my 3 pc's were authorised

Try contacting n3ss3s, ask if he can recover the account as having the original IP the account was made on improves chance of recovery. But it does look suspicious to Jagex that the IP changes and then JAG is added…

Also emailing the billing department I think would work

Honestly just post on the forums, provide all the info you can, theres a I've been hacked forum ect. They fixed my account relatively fast, esp if you have all the info :P
