SRL Archive - NOTA

So I have a Toshiba Satellite-655, and my issue it it turning on, solely on battery power.


In order to turn on the laptop I need to plug it into the wall and once the initial power is used I can unplug it and it will work just fine.

It is a brand new battery. 100% charged

One of my laptops is a Satellite U500. The computer works correctly fully apart from this? Have you delved into the Toshiba support files/websites?

See if you are running the latest version of your BIOS, if not, try updating that
