Hmm… 10 spins for $5, 75 for $20, 200 for $50. Of those spins, you've an extremely low chance of hitting a high value reward. Or, you could use that same $5 to buy, roughly, 16.6M RSGP. For $20 you could buy 66.6M, for $50 you can get 166.6M. I just don't understand the motive of buying spins, even if you're doing it for the lamps, 16M, 66M and 166M will go a long ways in training your skills.

This must be some lame attempt at getting people to buy spins rather than gold off of a website, but like Flight says you'd get way more money buying gold than spins. I'd rather do that.

Like flight mentioned, it's pointless to buy spins unless your a millionaire who wants xp in a skill like summoning you can't actually buy, but I believe this is aimed at people who lack the knowledge to buy gold from somewhere else, or exploit younger players

It's not even that hard to find out a website to buy gold. All you need to do is leave your private chat on for 5 minuets and it'll get spammed with gold advertising websites. And if you don't want to leave it on cuz you hate when those people spam you then you go to the G.E. on any world and there are about 3 bots at any given time. Spamming gold selling worlds.
Personally I don't really care or mind the gold bags. They don't bother me. It's not like they've never had a time were they did something similar. I can remember 2 times of the top of my head where they x3 any cash reward and 1 time were the x5 any cash reward. So whatever to this. I can't care really.

Definitely not hard, but the fear tactics are there and people are scared of buying gold elsewhere. We may not be, but the majority is. Jagex is banking on that and people are apparently buying. In turn, they will continue to add updates to these cash machines.
