I haven't logged on for 2 weeks checked my adventurers log and my rank increased rather than decreased :o

Gained no xp for the past week now, went up about 200 ranks yesterday (2475+ total)
I heard soul war and slayer bots are getting banned a lot with agility and grotworms

Players quitting wouldn't make your rank go up if you're not doing anything though.

My bad, by quitting I mean not renewing your membership
So about 200 players who were over 2475 total did not renew/got banned yesterday and the previous days that where ranked higher than me = removal from highscores = my rank going up

After all Jagex is going to ban more players over the weekend, watch out..

Jagex has really been going over drive with the banning lately, seems like there's always a trial to watch

Yeah slayersucks for them to be watching. Interesting to see how it goes.

I'm looking forward into them banning all dragon bots. Imagine how many billions will dissappear from the banks..

You saying agility is being watched too?
Should I stop botting it? I hate agility so much. I just want to get it over with. (currently 92)

I haven't heard about these bans but if they are true, then I advice you to bot carefully during the weekend because that has been the days for Jagex bans.

I mean the main thing to bot safely and responsibly. Mix it up a little or don't bot on the weekend.

Yeah I'm with you there. I want them to put a system in place like they have at irc and dung atm (bans every injection bot with ease) on gold farming methods. Cause tbh, one wave of bans on Dragon bots won't do much cause it won't take them that long to retrain.

Yeah I know but some people would stop botting in that place. Just take a look at those botters who were botting the QBD, I bet that more than 50% of the people have stopped botting, why?? Well because Jagex claims to have added to the QBD a function to detect how she gets clicked and if I'm not mistaken, they have also lowered the drop rates of suspicious botters in that place.

Well, where Im botting agility, there's rarely anyone around. Maybe sometimes there is 1 other person running it, but if i see more than 1 person (which there can be 2 or 3) I switch worlds.

Not at all crowded, so it cant be targeted right?

Sorry for possibly sounding like a noob, but is watching slayer different than watching combat? When I tried Slayer on my trial account it was just combat but the monsters were chosen each time :p

I think they watch Slayer EXP gains, so it's diff from combat

Thank goodness they are banning more people, will help me go up in ranks.. And weed out the stupid botters around the scapez. Making higher total lever people more rare by the day. ;)

I'm not really sure. I wonder if it's just on their hit list and they can see which accounts are running around. Pure speculation but yeah.

Well my bot takes breaks every like hour or less, so i'm not worried.

Definitely not botting on the weekends from now on. It is my days at work so I like to leave them running during that time though.

For now RS got like 40-50% of player that are bot (maybe i'm not accurate) but there are alot now. I think that they focus some place to get the more '' damagaeble bot'' like the one that get alot of cash fast or the dung one because it's the newest skills. Anyways for the LRC i botted there like 70 hour this week stoping only to go do some farming run and to check my ship. The LRC world is so crowded that just amazing to see how much people are down there but i dont know if much got ban( maybe the gold farmer that get like 20 account from the same pc, dont know if they can see how much account got the same ip adress and do mass ban). Anyways on the RS forum lot are very mad at the bot people that are playing with the ge price and all. Jagex tell that they ban people and all but i think that if they ban every botter they will loose a big amount of money because the people like us that bot with 1 or 2 account will in most case not want to restart. That my opinion money is what they focus on and i dont think they will focus agility bot or other bot that dont affect much the game(if you play carefuly, not doing some 100 hour run and more ^^) I dont botted for long but i just go with deduction maybe i'm off the track!

Are Jagex specifically targetting Powerbot? I'm just wondering….could it be that they've looked into legal action but been advised that PB are safe (I remember when PB started they said they had obtained legal advice as to how to protect themselves). So maybe their approach is to discredit PB instead? My reasoning is that it seems odd to everyone that Jagex are ignoring the obvious bots (green drags etc) and hitting dungeoneering, QBD, SoulWars etc. And these are the big money makers for PB. If they hit the botters hard on the paid for scripts, all PB are left with is an expensive to run free bots service.

I think that this is quite a good thought. Hit them where it hurts the most. That's true. I reckon that's the same with the slayer bot too. There were no bans when it was free but the money it became paid it got targeted.
