Hello all.

We have reasons to believe that one of our Administrator's account has been compromised by a hacker.
Just wanting to let everyone know NOT to click on any links that could be posted by an admin until this has been cleaned up.

YoHoJo's account has been banned by the Administrator (BenLand100) for what we believe was to stop YoHoJo from slowing him/her down.

YoHoJo has just confirmed that BenLand's account was compromised.

Thanks for the heads up, just out of interest can the affected admin(s) push srl changes with the assosiated password?

Or is it limited to villavu?

Justin. Thank you for being so vigilant. I though it wa odd that the account posted about buying huge amounts of gold. I just didn't follow it up.

Good good ;) Hope all bens guides/threads are rolled back or something incase they got ruined, I'm sure the admins will deal with everything :p

I informed staff and Wizzup took care/is taking care of it.
He (hacker) claims to have villavu database etc, but Wizzup is calling bs (so far).

The fact the first thing he did was make a thread about gold or something publicly ( I cant view the market so Idk) makes me doubt that hes smart enough to have accessed any database's ;)

And if he didn't even try to mask his IP to bens country, then I'd say Wizzup is right

Hope Justin keeps us upto date because I'm in a class and cant get on IRC from phone :p

IIRC, if Ben used the same password for GitHub as he did here (Which I highly doubt he did), he technically could push out bad code. However, I don't think this kid knows what he's doing. He doesn't have the database.
