Does anyone know how to get in touch with jagex? i got a 1 day mute and right when it was suppose to be unmuted i got a 2 day mute.. right when i was suppose to get unmuted again i got another 2 day mute….. does anyone know how i fight this i haven't been able to say a single in game word for 5 days and i still keep getting muted…
and all my appeals are still pending
some from even over a month ago.
this ever happen to anyone?
this is getting beyond retarded i've been a member since 06 and they don't even respect their loyal customers, they can even answer a simple email that was sent out months ago.
so does anyone know how i can manage to contact them please?
or any advise on what i should do?
or what i should say to them when i email them

I just tried looking for you, and no matter what I am sent in circles. Best thing to do is go to the JaGeX studios website and look there. Good luck on getting this fixed.

yeah thanks anyways man. ima wait and see a couple more opinions or if anyone has ever delt with it before i jump my gun.

Have you tried posting on the RSOF?
Maybe a player mod is abusing his/her powers?

Is RSOF the forums? Cuz when your muted ingame you're also muted on the forums.
Yeah 100% sure it's a crooked pmod. Cuz I got insta muted for 2 days then it went away after day then I got insta muted for 2 days again. Evertyime I type one thing in the chat this mod mutes me.

Also if you have an additional account you could use that to post regarding your other account?

No I don't think so?

I think if you're over a certain total level you can post.
