I downloaded Wine and made sure to install the latest version of jre to my Ubuntu. I downloaded Simba, and the installation started perfectly, but then this error was thrown:

C:/Simba/Simba.exe

An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file:
Delete file failed; code 32.
Sharing violation

When I've tried to ignore the error, whenever I try to update, the client just closes down before it updates, rendering the bots unable to run because the installation never completes.

Might be a compatibility issue. Make sure that you have wine 32 bits.

EDIT: Which Ubuntu OS are you using? It sounds like Ubuntu 12.04 64 bits.

You're close, it's 32 bit. The server only has 2 gb of dedicated RAM, thus the 32 bit system. Sure, I'll look into the Wine issue. Any other suggestions?

Update: Apparently, this was just caused by an old installation of Simba; after uninstalling, I fixed this problem. It turns out, there is another problem.
