I hope the new "house-owned" gambling system will be a money sink that counters all gp that gets pumped in from easy rewards from the new updates.

It's nice to know that they will be doing something with gambling..they do say that anything rewarded in game will be in gold or items, not real cash which makes me think that they will introduce some king of place to risk your wealth safely..

I saw this coming to be honest.
Its took them longer than I thought tho .

Also I can't wait to see what kind of gathering skill they can add anybody got any ideas.

Thumbs up to them tho can't complain about anything there myself.

Personally, I'm excited for these updates :D

It is time to get 99 construction before they nerf any xp rates, and damn I don't want more skills.. so close to being maxed.

Awesome! I hope they get rid of gambling, i'v lost so much money there! Also, new gathering skill? I wonder what it might be… they might have to introduce a new type of item because, what else in runescape can you gather?

POH update??? I cant wait! I have like 5 extra slots open for rooms, and a fully maxed over 300m house waiting for new stuff!! POH is one of my favourite things in Runescape, my house is my trophy.

Edit: Trouble brewing? Involved in POH? Maybe they might finally let us build bars in our houses… or a Moonshine station, haha.

I hold out hope that the new skill will be F2P, just like dungeoneering was.

The new skill will probably involve gathering new resources in the Wildy, to encourage activity.

As a side note, if the new skill and wilderness updates are P2P only: You (Villavu), Jagex, and anyone else who will listen shall be subject to my grumbling about how Jagex only cares about P2P.

The gathering skill has got to be F2P aswell right? Aren't most gathering skills in runescape all F2P aswell?

What would this alternative be? Slot machines in your POH?

Just make gambling reportable like under trust trades and ban a couple gambling fcs

Ingame gambling, mod posted on my thread in HLF and said it's a possibility.

That's going to be a pain in the ass. I'll lose my max cape, and chances are the the new gathering skill will be near to impossible to train effectively with everyone trying to get the same ressource.

I remember when hunter came out.. waiting 10 minutes for a bird to land on the trap you smoked and positioned amongs the dozens of other traps… only to see it touch it, dismantle it and then fly away with a trollface.

I wish they would fix all the duel arena bugs so people would actually have a safer alternative. Currently duel arena is pretty dead and i'd like to start staking again :P

Not really up to date with the current glitches but stalls for example let you get last hit even if you have a worse player id unless both players perform the same stall of course. Also heard rumors of a hp boosting glitch.

This sucks :/

I had to wait many years to train hunter effectively. It's going to be a nightmare for the First few months.

I hope that Jagex do somehow remove Flowering ect, I hate logged into worlds at GE and then see like 10 flowers 'grown' because someone is playing Flower Poker… I guess I am just lucky my home world hardly anyone flowers at GE
