there in a clan so its a clan cape, also there names are quite funny and one or so mentions the clan there from.

they're how dicing clans are trying to fight off the competition. the leaders of one big clan will place tons of those accounts into another clans territory making the other clan unable to operate, therefore either dieing or being forced to move somewhere. then the clan placing the annoying accounts hopes that all the betters will come to them instead. hope that makes sense :p
