SRL Archive - Help

i try to compile simbas source and i get some errors..
is it nessesary to get the dev verion of lazarus+fpccccc from the svn?
can some one point me to the location?
also what if im not using lape? what do i neen in order to compile it with lape? i dont need lape, just as long as i can compile it without an error

apologies for being very vague soo i have simba version 98 and have lazarus 0.9.30.2 with fpc 2.4.4 and wen i open simba.lpi an hit build in lazars i get this after a few "..\..\Units\MMLAddon\mmlpsthread.pas(40,4) Fatal: Can't find unit lpparser used by mmlpsthread"
