MIT provides free video lectures on its site too
http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/electrical-engineering-and-computer-science/6-00-introduction-to-computer-science-and-programming-fall-2008/video-lectures/
You can also view the transcripts directly and there's homework posted too ;)
Although after watching them i feel that it's much more efficient to just read the python docs if you already have prior programming knowledge..
