north of varrock castle,
south of falador,
south of Falador cabbage patch,
and south of Melzar's Maze (near Rimmington)
for leveling: (less crowded)
Daemonheim resource dungeon (maple tree)
port sarin (willow tree)

And I guess it would be a good relearning experience for making that script.

Now confused about making it a money maker or a leveler? hmmmmmmm….

Making a leveler would probs be more efficiency orientated,
money maker would probs be more failsafe walking
