I'm getting back in to RS. I haven't played since June. I have NOOO IDEA what's going on with EoC and items and stuff. Can anyone give me a brief over view of what has changed? I am max cb (well, 98 summoning… but meh) but I am very poor (< 10m bank lol {donations accepted :D}).

The EOC made combat faster to train, as well as skilling. You can now drop a full inventory of ore in ~5 seconds by holding down a key. Superheating is faster too. Basically anything that was left clickable (or the drop option if the left-click is "use") can now be assigned to a hotkey.

Watch some guides on youtube for tips on using the action bar for combat, it's pretty complicated at first.

EOC is definitely biggest new thing. Combat is heavily dependent on the side of the triangle you're on. If you are fighting as the weak part of the triangle against a monster, you'll have trouble at something half your level… But if you're the strong side, you'll wreck harder than you used to.

theres a tutorial in lumby that will give you the basics of the Eoc, also if your having troubles learning a new way to do things, you could always run a script and see how your character functions :P

A lot of monster has been tuned. Such as lessor demon, now they will attack you with ranged magic attack instead of melee.

So basically, EoC, and don't play rs. Got it. I've gotten a grip of EoC already, I just don't know EVERY single ability yet. Bandos is a cake walk now!
