I'm been banned and accussed of being a VADAR by the name of ELIZA, who I KNEW from way back.
We both have the same join date and met a long time ago.

I however DO NOT stay long at the same place and come and go. Not very active on here am I?
Basically the reson we dont talk is cause he keylogged me and went on my account, luckly didnt have pin. Then when I cam back to sythe, which was about a month ago probably, he had already banned for scamming for a few months. Now I dont know if he went on my sythe account or not… and i know how suspicious this seems…

So im writing here to say that if the ban doesnt get liften by my appeal… i give 100% premission to be banned from the SRL FORUM and from the black market. Won't trade at all either.

I DONT OWE ANYONE money, so no one has to worry about that, nor do I hve any sort of buisness running here and or on sythe.

I really hope this was just a missunderstanding, and perhaps his ip is on my account when a keylogging attempt?

Ugh i dont know what to think now…. dunno if anyone even cares.

I think the admins can see your IP used for registering the account, so if that doesn't match his then it's reasonable to assume that you are not the same user, so don't worry about it :)

Lol Sythe. It's getting a joke with all the higher ranks and friends of them feeling as kings. All others are getting power abused. They don't really care if you are banned unless you are friends with them and/or perform sexual favours (Finn).

However we should exchange banned ips with them more often to prevent scams overhere (I believe Djv was banned on sythe for back charging. I'm sure theres more that try to get into our bm similar.)

I was going to attempt to do a kiln service, but it took me to do mine 4 hours and that's just too much xD lol. Was going to attempt a kiln for someone, but since they killed rejuvination, I didn't want to try to attempt it thinking ill fail and just waste time.

Wow I don't beleve this… this is "their" proof. This might be confusing.

Eliza made an thread in 2009, claiming to sell "my account". The account was NEVER SOLD, i assume he couldnt show it in game.

In 2012, like march or something. Eliza sold an account with different name, but I guess similar stats to someone. The trade was MMed. This account was later recovered and thats the reason he was banned.

Now I tried selling my account in 2012, but since i didnt find a good deal, i kept it, and since rl has slowed down I got back into playing. Bought 155m… etc etc.

Anywho… thats the story but their reason for banning is..
They gave me a link to the old thread from 2009…
To the link with my thread in 2012 saying its the same account…

The MMing thread that eliza vouched and said account sold… was the "proof" that in 2009 my account was sold. Even though the vouch is in 2012, 3 years later…

Therefore, I tried selling an account that was already sold/recovered.
When my original user name has never been on any list nor mentioned on the forum as being recovered OR sold.

Surely they can't ban someone if they don't have someone else to complain about the account? Surely if it wasn't sold then no one in theory would complain

I don't know, makes me not even want to go back now… I don't even use the market, it was mostly discussion on rs and the communinty discussion that the only reason I stuck around. I attempted to do some trades, but its too much work. I bot rs a lot too, so tells you how much patience I have.

I like sythe cause its full of dumb people. Since i cant script well nor have a talent for it, I dont have much to offer here.

Yep, 5 years ago when I googled runescape cheating, I found sythe, registered, saw srl-forums posted, went here, never went back on sythe

He has a point kiddo. We all have to start somewhere and our rs based discussion is good enough imo :P (Also there are more ways to contribut to the community than just plain scripting (e.g. jake's posts are helpfull for informing people on the lastest going on))

o, my apologies. However it doesn't make it right :P
and yeah the site goes down every now and then but tbh they're a big target for ddos imo (alot of people get banned and some will want revenge. Like you can see, accounts can mean alot to people and errors can be made when banning, look at nezam.)

Well made a final attept at dispute with loads of proof. Now that I think about it, I don't care to come back there again after this and shouldn't care this much, I just want my name cleared you know?

That is true. I did manage to script my own tree with a guide so I should take it from there I suppose.
