What xp does this method save? I thought it's actually less xp since you can't get the 10% xp boost for doing bonfire with more ppl?

That is correct, same as PoH PoP is only you, although I haven't tried PoP yet should really legit RS sometime

I usually fletch in my port. Then i dont have to tele/leave cw to change ships.

I just tried this… and… it doesnt work. :( the logs go on the ground, but i cant light them. am i doing something wrong or has it been patched?

Unlocked it? The workshop? yes. I had tried it in the exact spot (i think it was, ill try again) with maple logs, but to no avail…

Just lit some maple logs outside of the port with a bow.
Tried inside in multiple places (including the same spot in your pic) and… nothing
Tried with magic logs and nothing.

Yeah it's worth it for the new armour it provides.
I reckon just choose times in the day to break up your botting routine.

to start you need some time though, the first area has 20min voyages. once they become 2 or 4 hours it's easier to train stuff in between. even so when they become 7 hour voyages.
