You never loaded your variables (DTM's procedure) before calling your MoveItemDTMToSlot procedure.

change your main to


begin
  LoadVars;
  MoveItemDTMToSlot(NoteSwordfishDTM, 28);
  // recommend a freeVars procedure here for DTM's..
end.
