How would I go about counting how many of a certain bitmap show up in a certain rectangle?

FindBitmapsSpiralTolerance(bitmap: LongInt;x: LongInt;y: LongInt;var Points: TPointArray;
   xs: LongInt;ys: LongInt;xe:LongInt;ye: LongInt;tolerance: LongInt): boolean;

Look at the argument in the parameters, var Points TPointArray; .. this holds the matched (multiple, possibly) points of the given argument bitmap: LongInt;
