Pausing Time?

I want to add break taking to my scripts, but the progress reports use GetTimeRunning to calculate the XP/h, so it will be incorrect if it takes a 20 minute break for example. Is there any way to pause this time and then resume it once the break is over?

track how much time has been taken for the break..

Subtract it from get time running..
