Completed military service.

The last 6 months were probably the most boring time in my life. Yesterday I was solemnizing the day with my uni friends, it was really fun but I was so drunk that I accidentally dropped my samsung galaxy s3 phone and the screen cracked.

Luckily I found a company that has some sort of a deal with samsung that they will fix it with only the cost of the work (Only if phone is under 1 year old); samsung will cover the cost of a new screen. It should only cost 60€ whereas the screen would normally cost like 200€.

I was in the air defense forces. Part of us were trained to shoot missiles but I i was in the signal squad connecting phones with cables etc..

Here in Finland you either go to army(6-12 months) or non military service(12 months) or jail(6months).

Guessing jail is if you don't want to do either?

That's pretty unique, being deployed really makes you appreciate what you have.

a lot of countries have mandatory military service as soon as you hit 18 (unless your a student still in studies then you serve after you're done)

Anywho congrats! and welcome back. My first post in months haha

Back in the days when the govnment forced us to go into the army, I got out with S4 (heavy social difficulties) and A5 (not able to run with a backpack, bad health).

I was 17. I smoked two packets of really strong tobacco and ate a handful of psychedelic mushrooms. Thats how I escaped millitary.:sasmokin:

Haha I've heard similar stories from family members. My dad served in the military for 2 years I believe. He is now allowed to drive trucks and buses so he still benefits from it. Pretty sure my uncle also escaped military by exaggerating asthma or something.

Luckily we aren't forced to go into military anymore here.
