It is worth more, but nobody will really offer over $500. Only reason ALL accounts are recoverable no matter how much information you give, wish I could give you more optimistic news.
Your best bet is just to make money on the account and sell that.

You can try selling it in PA or to Gold4Fun if you feel safe enough to accept your payment in 2 weeks. If not then I would recommend making some money with it and selling that. After all you can start a cheap leech clan or something like that.
