What is the best way to find this stairs and walk to them? DTM? Bitmap? Simple color finding? I know a lot of ways but I think I am missing something more effective. Can anyone give me a light on this?

Well here's a tut on all the different map walking methods :P
I don't know what would be best, Radial walk would work I s'pose

Use a TPA and sort it so you get an ATPA of bottom-most, left-most brown points

First turn the camera angle to something specific, then look for a DTM in an area that doesn't include the other two ladders.

Could use FindDtmRotated. Wouldn't need to rotate camera:P

Bitmat/DeformedBitmap
TPA/ATPA
ACA

Lots of ways, all would work pretty well too.
