Has anyone ever played Darkfall of Runes of Magic? I am looking for a new MMORPG game to play that contains PVP.

Darkfall looks tight, and pretty hardcore for PVP lovers, but I've heard that you don't stand a chance in the game if you try to play it solo. You need to play with at least a four person clan to protect yourself.

I've also came across this game called Runes of Magic. This game looks pretty decent. It looks a lot like WoW, without all of the charges.

Also, give me your thoughts on another MMORPG game I can play. I am trying to stay away from WoW, I really dont wan't to go mainstream

I havent played Either darkfall or RoM, but i hear RoM is good from what friends say, personally i enjoy WoW, but not so much recently as the crappy updates that have come out

Why do you want to avoid the "MainStream" ?

RoM is basically WoW for free, For a free 'mmorpg' I have this weird fetish to play Zelderex.
Apart from that maybe Maplestory or Dragon Nest or PLANETSIDE 2 (MY RECCOMENDATION)

Try guild wars 2. Pvp and WvW is really good.
