SRL Archive - Non-RuneScape Scripts

My first experiment with using bitmaps in a script and to be honest it's just given me a load of trouble. I also seem to not be able to free the bitmaps correctly but from what I've tested so far the script seems to run fine for me. If anyone want's to offer advice/change the script feel free.

Instructions:
1. Get fly fishing road and feathers in inventory.
2. Stand directly next to any fishing spot at barbarian vil.
3. Log in and out to reset angle.
4. Move camera fully up.
5. Press Play.

I added a rivertroll checker that worked on the troll that spawned while I wrote the script. If anyone else could confirm that it is working 100% that would be cool.
*edit This will log you out if ANY troll spawns so if someone can be bothered editing it you should look for the arrow that pops up when the random is yours.

I would only free your bitmaps once and on terminating of the script, not in individual procedures,

I would look into TPA and ATPA's for this sort of thing ;)

Woops was supposed to have posted this in other scripts haha. Allwell I have given up on the bitmaps and about to start learning how to use TPA's.

Yeh good idea, you can ask a mod to move it for you if you like,

Also it seems you are repeating the declair bits procedure, you only want to call it once, and free the variables once you are done using them ;)

So maybe move the call from the checkfull and into your own setup procedure

I tried this but every now and again it would not be able to find bitmaps and stop. I just wanted to get the script working so that I could release it as is.

Yea, Bitmaps are not really reliable for the mainscreen, I would explore the other options at your disposal :p

As DannyRS has said, I love TPA's and ATPA's to death when it comes to finding objects, I rarely use another method, Check out a really good tutorial here and good ATPA tutorial here

Also, dont give up, you want to make it flawless as you can (; Pm me if you need any help, I would be more than willing to give it :P

Yea TPA is really good for that fishing spit, there is a unique cyan color you can use that I found

I would like to let everyone know that we are aware of who use scar, simba as we have a good detection system. Also we have one of the staff member who give us all the info we need on who use this program at our servers.

I would stop now to use it before its too late as once we catch you from now on, we ban you on all account you own and future on.

We also know which account you make under proxies, vps, vpn since we got all the tools needed for it.

This is the single warning i will give you guys.

You name will appear on the detector.

Before someone think changing files name will fix it, no it will not.

Detecting background process's is considered a violation of the law, and unless you have a couple million dollars under your mattress like blizzard did when they started using their detection system you sir will be in debt years to come :) happy BOTTING!

You probably have the wrong camera angle. Make sure it faces north

stopped trusting the minimap and faced what i thought was north. fixed my whole problem! thank you man

If you simply log in and out then move the camera fully up you will be in the perfect position.
