Keep diet up (Doing quite well :p),
Start going to the Gym more,
Same old stuff ;)
To stop being so lazy. From now on I am going to walk to the fridge for my pizza pockets rather than yell at my mom to do it :P
But really, I'm going to start running, working out, and eating healthy to get the body of a greek god.

Work on my body, especially my upper body.
Eat healthy, and lay off the sugar (since my family has a history of diabetes)
Made a resolution a few years back never to make a resolution again because I always end up breaking them….
Get fitter
Study more to actually pass my A-levels
Come out to my parents (probably won't…kept on putting it off)
Small chance of any of the above actually happening though.

Seeing a lot of 'get fitter' and 'eat healthy', very good to see most people are trying to look after their body :)
I myself have a few NYR's
Eat healthy
Cut down sugar intake
Use the home gym more
and some more that I can't think of right now

I don't find new years resolutions particularly healthy. I'm not so strong minded that I would want to infringe on others resolutions, however, I personally feel that as long as I keep doing what my mind and body do to feel and think good/healthy; then that's what's best for me. :) [To add some sarcasm to my comment, I'm perfect :p]

I gave up on making New Year's resolutions a while ago. That said in the coming year my plan is to find a way to get over my periodic bouts of depression. At the very least, find a way to limit the number of 'bad days' I have.

hmm well , if you completely stopped smoking then you will have saved more money for the gym and will find it easier to drop that minute :P
however I feel that your right, you do need ban/infract me less :P make that your most concentrated one if you want ;)

Shame that 43 hours with you at the computer could have been simba/smart at the computer playing rs for you :stirthepot:
Not really New Years Resolutions but mainly continueing what I have been doing :P
Anyways, what I hope to achieve:
- Pass the first year of college (15 pts per semester, 4 semesters, 48 pts needed otherwise you drop out. Currently have 15/15)
- Move out of house to the city where I'm studying
- Once I live there, play basketball again at a student club
- Possibly join a band depending on how many time I have (I play saxophone)
- Continue to work out three times a week, hope to be 95+ kg in 2013

My New Years Resolution:
-Lose weight!
To do that I will…
-Stop going to the fridge at night
-Get more self-control over my eating times and the amount I eat.
-Taste things, but then spit them out to control my hunger
-Chew more gum, but don't swallow
-Make sure I only get what my body needs so I'm not forced so much to use my index+middle fingers to get it out again. It's really bad for my teeth and I need to see the dentist! I'm used to the taste so that's no problem. :) Should be two points oh well…
-Exercise, but only gentle so I don't end up getting muscle.
Muscle is heavier than fat so that's a definite NO NO. I was considering lightweight aerobics, yoga or swimming?
-Get Vitamin supplements. Did my research online and it looks like I need them even though I feel really healthy inside! :)
Happy New Year!! :)
Adding to this:::
Found this pill online called POLBAX? Seems like a useful thing to me since it seems to have a lot of essential nutrients but the total fat is still 0 so I don't have to worry there! 2 a day seems like a good idea to me.
Anyways, thanks anyways for making this New Years Resolution thread I've read all posts - really interesting what people had to say.

LOL @not have a kid.
I'd have to agree on approving my run time, that would feel good.

Well to start, most people like it because they can have something in fullscreen on one monitor (such as a game or a film) and still be able to view stuff like skype etc on the other monitor.
Also, finding a big screen would be hard task and even then it would not be nice on your eyes to have a huge one since it is not rotated for your eyes.
