waterfiend no charm 58–61%
icefiend no charm 90–91%
So waterfiends have a better chance to drop charms.

Ice is water in its solid form so this is more of a question of comparing solid H2O to liquid H2O!
Ice floats on water because of its density (which is really cool :) ), but in my opinion liquid water is more useful to us for drinking, cleaning, sanitation and many more great things!
Since ice and liquid water are essential items that help tremendously in our daily lives, an understanding how they work and behave will surely be beneficial to us all in the long run.
Thanks for getting the ball rolling here with your science-based question - I feel like this is the beginning of something great! :)

Why are you spamming on Runescape related forums…
@OP: I know waterfiends are currently a 160 crims an hour with potential for up to 200 charms..
Best bet is for waterfiends as you can kill them quicker and have a higher drop rate.

This is a comparison between ice and water. Why are you saying I'm spamming when all I did was answer the OP??
Unlike you, I actually looked at both sides of things - BOTH ice AND water. You only talked about water, which makes your advice not very useful since he did ask for a comparison between the two.
The question here is…
Why are YOU -Benny spamming?
