SRL Archive - Dear Staff..

My previous account was CephaXz. When I came back here on SRL, it says I'm banned for scamming. Same thing happened to my Sythe account that I worked so hard to build up the reputation.

Can anyone tell me what did my account did here?

Have you pm'd a mod about the situation?

You were banned on sythe for scamming two people.

Then you posted on "Gold Transfer" in the black market here. Brak banned you because you scammed on sythe, so it was a pre-caution measure.

^This, if you've scammed before you will most likely do it again and I really doubt they will lift the ban.

I did appeal on Sythe, I explained and gave all the proof that I could. I even asked the mod to check for the IP since its uncommon for people in my country to play RS, or even go on to Sythe. But the mod said the IP were same, there's nothing else I could do.

I found some other people was hacked and the hacker used the account to scam others too, its the same method done by the hacker. Hacker requested for account recovery, and I had no idea how it got approved.

I found out I was banned on Sythe when I wanted to sell some gold there. Since the mods don't even trust me and the appeal failed, I came back here to sell my gold. I only sell my gold through playerauction, there's no way you could scam with playerauction.

FYI, I didn't even know there was a XBox section in Sythe. If you see my vouches on Sythe, it was almost all about buying memberships. I build up my vouches on Sythe so some people would go first on me when trading memberships.

If you get hacked at Sythe and then the hacker scams someone, It is your responsibility. Plus the IP matched you both times, Your story doesn't add up.

I agreed with what John said. The onus is on you to provide evidence that can prove beyond all reasonable doubt that you've been hacked. Since the IP matches, there's probably no way for that, so unfortunately you'll have to face the consequence.
Perhaps they may unban you if you are willing to pay back whatever you/the hacker has scammed?

If you are indeed the scammer, i'd be truly disappointed. Why would people scam for a few hundred dollars which can be earn within few days/weeks even with a low wage job? Surely they spent much more time on the forums on building up the trust?

That both was not me or Insane God. Hacker recovered the account by just saying password was wrong. If this was not the staff's fault and their responsibility, then I don't really know what to do anymore. About the IP matched, I believe there was some mistake made by the mod, there's NO WAY the IP could match. How is it that the story doesn't add up?

It was indeed a precautionary ban. I talked with the admins at sythe and the evidence was quite clear. After verifying that your email there and your IP History matched everything here. Ban you are currently ban evading. You could have PM'd the staff from you original account if you'd have wanted to dispute the Ban.
