Could anyone give me pointers, losing more as winning (CB level 120)
Trying to get some of the rewards, not really making progress like this.

I don't play anymore, but I think you're able to buy 'degraded' versions of the rewards at the Grand Exchange and then fully repair them for only 10% cost of tokens so that's a great way to cut corners.

If you're just looking to get tokens then just head straight to the middle each time and don't play hide-and-seek. Pray magic/melee depending on what attack style they have and for attack just use your best combat method. You'll get tokens easily enough…there's a lot of magic-trainers there that are just there for the XP.

E: You can use that orb to teleport straight to the middle at the start. By staying at the edges or further away from the centre you're getting a lot less points and 10 seconds in the centre will get you what hiding behind a house gets you in three times that time. Not worth it playing hide-and-seek, because you're likely going to get the favour returned and if your opponent is a higher level it's likely going to backfire and you'll just have wasted a lot of time. Better to be quick and painless with it.
Also, I don't recommend paying for RS membership. It's very expensive and actual good content e.g. Nex bossing/QBD will only become available to you after grinding for over a thousand hours. Not worth that waste of life.

I didn't see the f2p, yeah you should just pay the 5 quid membership fee and become p2p it's so much better + you should max out your combat skills like defence

When I played, I found the best xp was just tanking in the center. And it's safe so bring one set of each armor type and use what's best against what they're attacking with

Yes, But the middle gives more points. So try to stick near the middle. IF they are using melee use the rocks near the middle to hide behind (so they have to move to be able to attack you)

Slow progress of collecting tokens

When you are hunted, after you pick up the ball, don't rush to middle immediately. just walk around the wall, and use your teleport after been saw by hunter.

I just bought the stuff I wanted on GE. easier

Most the stuff on g.e are only like a couple of k anyway

And I don't like the minigame lol
