after my last competition is over i will quit runescape forever and focus on building my body to perfection "but at what cost"-print
i know i didnt learn to code or help out much but i was here and hope i made your experiance here in srl good one =)
i hope you guys achieve your life goals and die happy and remember to ask yourself the question in my signature =)

i will miss everyone in srl forums
you guys helped me alot through my mass depression
im out of it now
but my greatest fear in the world is-"being forgotten worser than death for sure"

Good luck with achieving your goals. It's incredibly hard to get the best possible aesthetics you could achieve with your own body. But with the right mindset you can definately get there. I'm personally working out 3 times a week now. Planning to up that to four times and watch my nutrition better. Aiming for 220 pounds/100 kg in a year, not sure if it's possible but we will see.

I think it's rather motivating to have a blog somewhere to keep track of your progress. Or take pictures along the road so you can look back and see what progression you have made.

yeah gl man, I'm disapointed to see you leave tbh but that's life :/

and as for all the jrs leaving….
we're running out haha, just had a quick count and theres around 7 active jrs left :/ (above 50% activity…)

The Killer don't forget me! and it's sad seeing everyone go :( i hope they all come back though. but best of luck with all you go to do in youre future.

Wow another solid member leaving. Sad to see you go man. Never really got to talk much with you since my activity plumetted to nothing. I am on here everyday, I just don;t post as much as I used to.
