He's completed 99% of his quests except for the 2 easiest quests in game..

One for herblore and one for summoning and to think he has 200M exp in them.

Any idea what's going on?

Jagex revamped the quest, it will show as Completed on his Quest tab just he hasn't completed the new version as he can't

Ohhh.. no wonder. Don't like the new interface much though much harder to use. Although I was going crazy as why he hasn't completed them. Think, 200M exp, BOUGHT! :o

More like 200m exp LEGIT

Why should you be surprised even if he really didn't complete them? Rank 1 has ~70% quest completed. Quests are xp-waste.

The fact that you need to complete the quest to start training in the skill.

If he never completed those, that's a TON of penguin points/xp lamps used in those skills…

What Justin said and why wouldn't anyone want the cape? They're going for a Goal aren't they?

I have quest cape (I can wear it )and it says 99% not done.

I think that includes the miniquests of rag and bone man?

So you're telling me he can never get 100% full because Jagex won't allow him to re-do the quest? :s

Those are very difficult quests ya know. Maybe he's building up the courage and preparing enough bank to take them on.

you can redo. and now you don't need the quests to train herb/summon iirc
