Any idea how I can take a video, and then add another video into a small box near it?

I think there's an option to do just a thing in Camtasia. Not too sure though.

XSplit Broadcaster has the option to do it on local recordings,

You would need editing software that supports multi timeline stuff or overlay to do with already filmed stuff i guess

I use XSplit Broadcaster for my livestreams, but you can do local recordings also. (Records video to your PC)

If you want it in 1080p, you need the paid version.
