How would i make a effect time running WriteLn.

I have perfected a script of mine and I was wondering how would I make a time running like this:hours/minute/seconds so if it was running for 1 hou 27 minutes and 57 seconds it would look like:

Runtime: 1:27:36

I have only managed to get a time running in minutes but am unsure how to get it for hours/minutes/seconds at the same time, the way i did it if it were running for 1 hour 27 minutes 36 seconds it would look more like:

Runtime: 1:87:5220
