Hey guys,
I am releasing my Account Creator for Runescape as a Lite version.
Credit to J J for helping me with APPA
What it does:
It makes 10 accounts per hour using 1 email address, feel free to change the wait time but Jagex will block the IP.
It does NOT verify emails.
