This is most likely created by someone who doesn't play/doesn't play much. This is a problem with large companies, not everyone plays.
Although you'd think they'd at least have someone review these.

Well, in the image they didn't say it was two, it said "friends" and since you can recruit more than one, that not actually incorrect.
Also, I take my hat to them for implementing that system that prevents abuse as in a guy having multiple accounts, it puts him through much more hassle than the take it worth it.

Solomon is mispelled "Soloman" in the first half of the picture, which is the log in lobby.
Second half is the correct spelling of Solomon, from the rs wiki.
