I'm currently on T-Mobile with an upgrade on the 25th December, my main two choices of phones are iphone 5 or Galaxy S3 because they are the leading smart phones right now my problem is

If I go get an iphone 5 would it be a good idea to upgrade onto the EE network instead of its old branch T-Mobile? I've heard a lot of people saying they clearly don't know what they are doing…the 4G will be extremely fast but how fast that all my data usage will be used up? Just pondering…anyone on EE right now?

Also the store manager said I can get "HD Audio" yes HD audio :cartman:

I would say go with 3, for all-you-can-eat data, I've also heard that it's currently faster then the 4G, but that'll probably change when it gets up and running properly.

Your usage won't be used up faster, it will still go on what you actually do, it's just you'll be able to do everything faster, but you won't actually use more data.

What do you do that requires more speed? Netflix? 4G = 21 mbps I believe, currently the most I use is like 5 mbps…what would be nicer is a better ping time. So ya I'd say stick with your current plan.

It depends on what you are looking for personally I would go for the Galaxy S3 due to apple not really having updated much on the iPhone 5 since the iPhone 4.

I myself am on EE with an iPhone 4, I know I don't have the iPhone 5 however you neither lose or gain anything from just switching over to EE, I personally would seen as most shops are changing over to EE but I guess it's personal preference :P Also apparently the coverage is pretty terrible for 4G and its only in major cities

Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Manchester and Sheffield

So overall I would get the Galaxy S3 I would go to EE (you don't gain or lose anything).

Are you serious…….?
I'd expect most of the people here to prefer/recommend Android over iPhone easily.

I had iPhone 4 for two years and loved it, switched to Android a few months back and loved it 99999x more immediately, it's honestly better in pretty much each and every way.

I live in London, I watch a lot of football on the go if I can't make the Arsenal game or we are playing away and it's on sky go so I do use up a lot of data on my dads iphone 5, tbh Ill probz go towards iphone 5 due to the fact that I dont really like galaxy that much ive played around with both and iphone 5 was easier to use however I do own an ipad but rarely use it my sister hogs it -_-

beyond serious. I get better benchmarks(download a decent benchmark app) then phones like the droid DNA. Galexy 5 billion.

apple has the market on screens, idc what you say.

Now if the jailbreak isn't released soon this will be the last iPhone i buy…

Android = Better because of it's open source like community. You can change an Android. You can only manipulate and Iphone
