What's the Runescape HD System Requirements, for a standard 1680x1050 re-sizable? I seem to be lagging a lot when running everything on MAX.

Well it isn't very much right now HD works perfectly fine for me on
2004 HP Compaq with 3.4GHz Intel 4 processor 4GB of DDR RAM and 1GB ATI Radeon 5400 graphics…In most cases its the gpu that enables better graphics for less lag

I've got i5 3570K, 8GB RAM and GTX 670 OC, and I can't get for than 15 FPS per second..

It must be your connection, check your speed rate at speed test site if something looks fishy call up your broadband provider because if im running a 8 year old desktop on HD you should easily be able to with i5 lol

Check your drivers. They are the most common cause for poor performance in games

Personally i find RS has very bad use of graphics, but i'm on nearly the same setup as you, with an i7, and i get very high fps unless i go into a city in high pop worlds, try changing the graphics technology and see if any are better than the others for you :)
also having multiple versions of java installed can slow you up sometimes
Edit ^ also like lord mentioned, goto nvidia and get the latest drivers for your 670, although i doubt in this case that would be the issue

Ok thanks guys, re ran the game on the website in DirectX and it worked smoothly, was on SoftWare, before, thanks! :) So beautiful.
