Hey everyone! I found a 1 hour+ long music mix on youtube and Im having trouble trying to convert it so I can put it on my ipod due to the length. Any suggestions will be greatly apreciated!

If you haven't downloaded it from Youtube yet, download jDownloader and download it. Then use a program like Any Video Converter to convent it to an MP3 and then sync to your iPod

Video2Mp3.net is really good for anything you want in the future. You can download and convert all at once and you have the option to download it in high quality.

Have downloaded several full length albums off youtube and so on with it.

Oh geez. Kind of off topic but whenever my laptop converts video files, it sounds like a jet taking off. I'm afraid it will explode one day lol. :D

Thats because when you convert a video your CPU cycles are used up more then just idling, therefor increasing the heat that your CPU/GPU is generating resulting in your laptop fans speeding up to get the hot air out and bring in cool air.

As previously mentioned, keepvid.com is the only website you ever need to visit again lol.

Yeah true. A mobile core i7 doesn't stay too cool at full cpu usage either. :D
