After EOC, the prayer no longer block all the damage, just reduce half of the income damage. However, there is a new ability that can heal a portion of total life point with a cost of all the adrenaline. I don't know can you still training combat without eating any food.

Any other ideas? I tried chins at the Zamorak mage/rangers in the Chaos tunnels but that didn't turn out so well either.

Tried those as well lol. Can you throw the chins from the outside because I couldn't. You can go inside and heal a lot but the xp isn't worth it.

Chins are nerfed pretty much with prayer only 50%
