I looked into library ,but I can not edit libsmart.dll , so I dunno. Is there any other way to load foreign world? I would like to load german world ,I do not care that otheer functions may not work , but I need at least german world loaded in SMART

You need to edit the smartparams file, search around. I had asked the same question a while ago and got a bunch of answers.

yeah it can be done, though pretty much all the include wouldn't work because of check uptext wouldn't work
