So this morning I bought a $50 Visa Prepaid Card which I used to buy RS Gold from PA, was buying 109M. So, I put in my details (card details) on moneybookers and payed them. I got the email that the payment was successful and I got the successful payment page.
The Seller says the payment hasn't come through after a few minutes. I check my email and it says ''Account has been suspended''. Now, it's actually my first time buying from PA so I was confused, I reactivated my email and the account worked again. But where had the money that I payed them gone?
Contacted live chat to ask what was happening and they said it was because of some 'trust' difficulties. Over the next few hours when trying to verify my phone (apparently needed that) my account was suspended over 5 times. Now I'm still stuck with no GP and my money gone..
What do I do? :(

Go into your account or something and clam you didn't receive the GP.
Who did you buy from off PA?

Man Im sorry to hear that. That's an utter shambles. I can't really suggest anything that will help.
Maybe try calling them and showing them email proof?
If they suspend your account they refund the money, supposedly within three days. Happened to me a while back when they claimed I tried to charge back, I ended up having to send them a picture of the PayPal transaction and to show that it wasn't. Try calling them? I usually have good luck with them/:

It's all good guys, after hassling with customer service for over 4hours straight they decided to finally contact their 'upper levels' and refund me. Never using PA again. Bought off a website, gold delivered. :)

and what rate did you pay? I would of gone to sythe or powerbot if I didn't have access here

Ended up getting 100M on the dot. I could've ordered more but it seems like they took some "transaction" fees. Well I'm happy anyways.

I'd guess it was either from not verifying phone / address, they are real serious about verification, good because it makes the site so much better,
The other chance could be that you used a Pre-Paid visa, it would likely return out of the norm name/account information to PA, meaning an automated system may have blocked the payment because they dont like you using prepaid cards, because normally only scammers want to use an untraceable method of payment,
But I'm glad you got this resolved, i used PA a long time ago and had a decent experience,
As for access to the black market, it would be awesome if we had access, but i totally agree with the mods on that, we want access to such a great market, but if they let people like us into it, it would end up like sythe and we would no longer want access as it would no longer be so great :), so we must wait till our time in order to preserve the greatness!
Edit- if i recall correctly, Junior Rank is 300+ posts and 6+ Months Registered
