What language can I use to program Simba?
Can I write C++ or Java?

Simba is programmed in Delphi Object pascal.

Writing a program to run within Simba is the underneath language of pascalscript/lape interpreters.
You can write libraries (dll's) and export methods in languages (such as c++); however for purposes of RS, this is not likely needed.

No, We program Simba in FreePascal.
Also, Scripts are compiled and ran using PascalScript, a interpreter for a simple Pascal.

i think thats because obj pascal is like a free version of delphi? hence object pascal isn't listed.

Not quite, Delphi is just the one that is used more often. It should be just Pascal a general term that can mean any of them.
