Basically, theres this youtuber called number1boss, he's like 11th ranked on the highscores.

He's lately been pushing for a charm collector, something like a bonecrusher that picks up your charms, he made a video about it, got a bunch of likes on it and sent it off to a jmod. The idea caught on, Mod Mark got hold of the video and supported the idea.

So what are your thoughts with this, will you use it, how useful will you find it?

Now that summoning doesn't count towards cb level it's a standard skill these days but still I wouldn't mind that :)

Pretty sweet

Would make 200m summoning a lot less tedious. Especially trying to loot charms/click monsters/loot actual loot/use abilities/etc. More open to the idea of it now that EoC is in effect.

omg i would love this! i would just cannon the heck out of black deamons or whatever! owuld make slayer so much faster cuz you wouldnt have to spot to pick up the charms!

Great thing! Would loved to see that a few years ago. Summ finished myself since 2009 i think. Whatever it should be a great update and improve the game.

IIRC. Mod Mark said that they were thinking of adding this in a Pre EOC Q&A livestream.

that actually looks like a cool item, would be very useful if it actually gets made :)

Would be nice to have, hope it gets added as a purchasable dungeoneering item.

This looks great, especially for triple charms. I always forget to pick up a lot of the charms I get while doing them =/. To focused on getting fast kills :p

This would be great for a wfk script since you wouldn't really have to loot!

The xp rate will probably be similar to bonecrusher/herbicide so it's going to get you under 5k xp/hr even on high charm monsters. Picking up the charm is very likely to be much faster summoning xp, even if you can't loot them losslessly.

A coin picking up thing too would be nice

If the item collects the charms, I'm pretty sure A LOT of people would be happy. However, say they do make it like bonecrusher, where any charm drop is automatically converted to xp, would it still be useful? Would anyone still buy it?

Also, i'm wondering how much DG tokens this would cost. Hell, I'm pretty sure someone going for 99 slayer would pay 100k tokens for it. Save some clicks, saves time, faster xp.

I know a lot of people that still play fixed legit. It's what I'm used too. :)

costing 1.1k coins…noob jagex

Earlier in the thread it was mentioned that summoning doesnt count towards combat level, however, it does. My level 90 summon 50 def account is a level 142 atm because it does count as a combat skill (it has 10 mage as well from the quest that unlocks ardougne teleport).
