We're fast approaching one million likes over on the official RuneScape Facebook page. As a thank-you for everybody who's showed their support to the game, we're awarding all players with a unique Book of Faces cosmetic reward when we hit the big one million!


Upon reaching a million, the Book of Faces will be available to equip from within your in-game customisation interface, providing a brilliantly bookish override for your character's head slot!

What a ridiculous item. Looks stupid, concept is stupid, no self respecting person would wear it. They could at least release some good. They must have known the 1 million likes was coming up so they could have made something a bit better. Must have taken a whole 5 mins for them to make this.

1) would of prefered an emote rather than another bankspace used but thats life.
2) I don't think it looks THAT bad.

I don't get it… I thought the last update was bad enough, the dragon pickaxe before looked 10X better than the new one. And the whole having a equipped item as a backpack thingo WTF? When you mine its still on your back:/ When you chop trees the axe is still on your back while chopping! You get a double replica of the item its wierd…

I dont want to make RS sound bad as we all are here due to RS right? But i just don't get why they do some things… I mean i get why their doing this, their trying to get more hits on FaceBook so they get more players so they get more money, i get that. But why did they have to choose some stupid book glued to a frigging head? They do updates to make the game more realistic and then do something not even an idiot like myself would do and they let you choose to have a book glued to your head or not:0.

Why not just do some of the requests people ask on the RuneScape Forum? Maybe do like 10 different requests that help everyone such as more bank slots etc. Nope instead they choose a bookhead. WTF:/

What is this? Are they trying to promote Bipolar Disorder by implement a book with half Saradomin and half Zamorak?

Jagex is more for celebrating their own personal achievements. I think this is due to the new ownership.

Chill ouyt guys, Its a Funny item. If you dont like it dont wear it. I dont wear my special items Ij ust have them for coleccion. Its funny because its a bad joke.

Have they decided to go on permanent vacation and left the interns in charge or something?
