This may be common knowledge but I just found this out. When you run into a bank, all your health recovers? I was doing Master Farmers and I decide to go into the bank with about half health and boom, I start regaining health! As if food is not needed already with the rejuvenate ability… Why was this done? And how can bots take advantage over this? :)

I went from 1000 hp to full hp in like 5 seconds in the bank….

I suppose you could make a guard fighter for Verock, or Falador and use this to heal as needed?

I think the same thing happened to me when I came to the bank when I was low hp

Hmm. This should lower the cost of food, but there seems to be no effect atm

That's odd. I'll give that a test sometime today.

That's strange one. Good find. This should be used in a fighting mod. Could fight those guards outside the jail in draynor and then run across to the bank to recharge. Would save on the food bill.

Lets hope this doesn't become common knowledge for a while cause I've got some lobs to offload. :)

It's been common knowledge.. it was announced with the released of the EoC on the homepage news post, along with many of the other additions/changes. And I don't see how it would make the price of food go down. I won't tele to the grand exchange every time I need to heal doing a slayer task.

Sounds interesting, doesn't this make food a bit more obsolete if you have methods of going to a bank within a few seconds than just eating? :o

Oh. Sorry didnt read the update post. It's still worth at least writing one script that makes use of this feature. Obviously it does not remove the need for food for most training areas, but it could be used to train on things near banks to save wasting gold on food. Not for everyone, but it is an option others may like.

Yup OP is right. Bankers heal you to full HP whenever you talk to them.

yeah. We need to think of good uses for this though :P

What I also noticed, was that when you teleport in an emergency situation, such as 100lp at Mithril dragons, you still see the attacks when you teleport to the spot

I was killing a few miths, teleported when I was at 100 lp, and when I got to the ge (varrock tele location), I went from 100 to 30 lp, even when I successfully teleported. This wasn't the case before the eoc. Before eoc, you would teleport safely with no more damage taken.

Safe areas make you regen faster, so that you don't get screwed when you put on new armor.

what teleport did you use?:o

It was a varrock teleport tab. I set the default location to the grand exchange.
It happens with the falador teleport tab too. You will still take damage whenever you arrive at your teleport location

Interesting.. I guess you learn something new everyday. I had never known of this, and would of never figured it out if you wouldnt of posted this. Thanks! :)

So far this only helps when I'm theiving because my health falls pretty low. Other than that, I can see lower level players using this to their advantage but the higher level training spots are usually really far from banks.
