Well yea, 50% of the world population doesn't have phone access, and only 25% uses the internet(was 2% 10 years ago)
Also, it depends on how you define a toilet. Most toilets in my country are basically holes dug into the ground, arranged so that they intersect the sewer. Having a flushing toilet is quite the luxury.

My current living status is not as good as it could be, but im in the military. I expect it. Now other people who cannot help it because of thier situation need help from other… Thats just how I feel.
