SRL Archive - First Scripts

Just finished my first Runescape script.


Attached the script. Too big for posting, due to my progress bar.

I understand theirs heaps of these scripts out their, but it seemed like an easier thing to learn. Would really appreciate some feedback preferably in simple newbie formula.

May I be the first to say well done? At least as a first script.
Lets see. First, I have to say, when using a FindObj, try to use only 'hop' not the entire thing after it, as in that area, there are only willows. Maybe one other tree right? But the color prevents it from going there.

Second, I can't stress this enough, please use the TAB button. It is your friend, as well as mine. Believe me, it makes the script that much better.

And lastly, as an opinion, I think it would have been much easier to use the already given SRL funcions to make a procedure instead of most of your current functions, like walk to trees, walk to bank and bank inventory.

For a first script, anything is great. Even though theres a lot of them.

Nice for a first script! I'd suggest also attaching a version without the paint though for those with slow computers :)

Does that much paint really slow a computer down these days?

Most ppl who play games i assume would be using the newer gear anyways:/ However, i see your point mate. good advice.

well normally within a game that much paint is nothing, but the way SMART draws is not the same as how most games draw it to the screen, and hence the performance issues
