The $25 Game Card Grand Lightning Pack contains the following: The 'Professor' Hairstyle and the high-voltage Lightning Staff, which can be converted into four increasingly powerful and awesome-looking tiers, depending on your level:

I wish they were more specific about which cards they are talking about.

I am unfamiliar with $25 or $10 cards from GameStop, there are only
1: WalMart Brand $25 and $10 Cards Made for Runescape
or
2: Ultimate Game Cards worth $10 and $25

They sell these at my gamestop. Its these $10 and $25 cards which have the promotion, with the $25 card giving all benefits.
EDIT: This should clear it up :)

Thanks for that extra information. Those cards are what I called the 'Walmart' cards, as far as I know (at least in the past when they first came out) ONLY WalMart sold those, I've never seen them at another store before, but I'll check out GameStop for them too, thanks!

is it just me or does anyone else think fagex fails at conversion? since when did 40AUD equal 25 USD and why is USD = EURO?

Not everyone here plays or visits the Runescape homepage daily/often.
I never really do, maybe once a month or less.

This section (along with the Runescape has been updated section) is meant for people to post Runescape Update related news.

It's also a forum, for people to discuss the update which is what we are all doing now. Yes people could have seen it and already known, but this is the place for us to discuss our feelings and thoughts about it.

I would have never known about this unless he posted it, and it's a pretty big deal to me since I sell membership upgrades and events like this are GREAT for my sales. In fact I'm going to hit up GameStop today and stock up on them ASAP, thanks to this thread I fount out right away and can get my sales going!

The only promotion I got was the flaming skull. I need to get more money then.
