USA needs one ally within the oil states. The USA does whatever they can to supply Israel with arms and such. Israel is ignoring the rules that Hamas and them have agreed upon and the Palestines lose everything they have. Everyday they lose ground, money and resources. Israel did a "blitzkrieg" not that long time ago, destroying even more. Individuals use homemade rockets and grenades to strike back. These often miss if they even get off.
What "Rules" did they agree upon? I hope those rules included banning the use of civilians as human shields, suicide bombers, and generally being expendable war resource.
Hamas inflicts more harm on Palestinians than they do to their supposed enemy "Israel". Hamas are wholly incapable of governing a country-so they resort to attacking Israel with their pathetic fizzbombs and suicide bombers hoping the world will be distracted by Israel's response rather than Hamas's failures. Hamas's expectations are so low that they have the audacity to claim victory over Israel despite losing more than 120 militants, their headquarters and one of their commanding officers.

And for all that? They only destroyed a bus and killed 3 children in tel aviv. This shows how little concern they have for their own people, but when the western media comes along, pretend to be overly concerned over a dead child who was infact killed by their own incompetent rockets.
On the flip side, Israel treasures its people. Israel is willing to spend so much money defending civilian sectors from palestinian rocket attacks
The estimated cost of each Tamir interceptor missile is US$35,000–50,000[17] whereas a crudely manufactured Qassam rocket costs around $800.[88] Rafael responded that the cost issue was exaggerated since Iron Dome intercepts only rockets determined to constitute a threat, and that the lives saved and the strategic impact are worth the cost.
Despite the Palestinian authority being unable to feed its own people, Hamas still insists on buying rockets to hurl into Israel. Before Israel's blockage of Palestine,
GDP per capita in the Palestinian territories rose by 7% per year from 1968-1980 but slowed during the 1980s. Between 1970 and 1991 life expectancy rose from 56 to 66 years, infant mortality per 1,000 fell from 95 to 42, the percentage of households with electricity rose from 30% to 85%, the percentage of households with safe water rose from 15% to 90%, the percentage of households with a refrigerator rose from 11% to 85%, and the percentage of households with a washing machine rose from 23% in 1980 to 61% in 1991.
However the Palestinians chose war.
For 30 years, Israel permitted thousands of Palestinians to enter the country each day to work in construction, agriculture and other blue-collar jobs. Until the mid-1990s, up to 150,000 people—about a fifth of the Palestinian labor force—entered Israel each day. After Palestinians unleashed a wave of suicide bombings, the idea of separation from the Palestinians took root in Israel.
Maybe you should look at the animal-like atrocities committed by Hamas to its own people who voted them in.
- In 2005, the human rights organization Freemuse released a report titled "Palestine: Taliban-like attempts to censor music", which said that Palestinian musicians feared that harsh religious laws against music and concerts will be imposed since Hamas group scored political gains in the Palestinian Authority local elections of 2005
- The attempt by Hamas to dictate a cultural code of conduct in the 1980s and early 1990s led to a violent fighting between different Palestinan sectors. Hamas members reportedly burned down stores that stocked videos which they deemed indecent and destroyed books which they described as "heretical."
- In 2005, an outdoor music and dance performance in Qalqiliya were suddenly banned by the Hamas led municipality, for the reason that such an event would be forbidden by Islam, or "Haram".[213] The municipality also ordered that music no longer be played in the Qalqiliya zoo, and mufti Akrameh Sabri issued a religious edict affirming the municipality decision
- The Palestinian columnist Mohammed Abd Al-Hamid, a resident of Ramallah, wrote that this religious coercion could cause the migration of artists, and said "The religious fanatics in Algeria destroyed every cultural symbol, shattered statues and rare works of art and liquidated intellectuals and artists, reporters and authors, ballet dancers and singers – are we going to imitate the Algerian and Afghani examples?
- Hamas campaigned for the wearing of the hijab alongside other measures, including insisting women stay at home be segregated from men, and the promotion of polygamy. In the course of this campaign women who chose not to wear the hijab were verbally and physically harassed,
- Seven Palestinians have been publicly executed by Hamas militants for alleged collaboration with Israel.[39] One man, Ashraf Ouaida, was killed on 16 November near a Mosque in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood of Gaza City.
